Godwin is the Associate Dean for Research. He works on the administration of Research and Sponsored Programs. He graduated from the University of Nigeria with a B.S in Chemistry and went on to study Organic Chemistry at Virginia Commonwealth University, where he received a Ph.D. in Organic Chemistry. His research interest includes the development of laser-enhanced antitumor agents, drug delivery, biochemical sensors and nanoparticles.
