Dr. Pao is a Professor in Food Safety in the Agriculture Research Station. His research interests include food safety and microbiology, pathogen detection and intervention, antimicrobial sanitizers and cleaners, and produce processing and preservation. He received his B.S in Food and Nutrition from the Chinese Culture University and went on to receive his Ph.D in Food Science and Nutrition from The Ohio State University.
